CNMC Coronary Artery Z-Scores

Z-Scores of the left main coronary artery (LMCA), left anterior descending (LAD), and right coronary artery (RCA) using an allometric equation derived from 432 normal patients, aged 0 – 20 years.

Sorry- no stand-alone calculator for the coronary arteries.

minor change: BSA formula now is that of "DuBois & DuBois", consistent with the manuscript ( was using "Haycock" ).
